a) For our Waitlist:

b) For our Solopilot Charter Application:

This is a critical distinction. Your Application Data is considered confidential. We use it for the sole and exclusive purpose of:

• Evaluating your candidacy for the Solopilot Charter program.
• Communicating with you about your application status.

Your Application Data will not be used for any other purpose, such as for general marketing or for the research and development of other products, without your express and separate consent.

Waitlist Information: We will retain your information until our platform officially launches, or until you choose to unsubscribe from our list.

Charter Application Data: If your application is accepted, your information will be governed by our formal client agreement. If your application is not accepted, we will securely delete your Application Data within six (6) months of our decision.
